Ok, with that disclaimer out of the way

the only way I am not hungry on a restricted calorie diet is if I'm eating low carb. Not ketosis low carb, but less than 100 grams per day. Too many carbs, not enough protein.....and I get stupid hungry. So, go ahead and eat that half a cow. Just don't have a loaf of bread and a bowl of mashed potatoes on the side.
