I love green salsa made from Tomatillo's. Are Tomatillo's phase 1 friendly? I would make my own salsa with them, garlic and cilantro.

Tomatillos are nutritionally very close to tomato - which you can have, but which is a restricted veggie (twice per week only). So if you make green salsa, just treat it as a restricted veggie serving.
