Hi Oopsi! If you look in Diabetes 8 on the message board there are a bunch of us with diabetes who post there. If you look back through the posts there are lots of helpful hints. It's not easy having diabetes, but you can bring it under control. I was diagnosed over a year ago and have mine pretty much under control. I had to make some drastic diet and exercise changes, but I'm glad I did - I feel so much better! Just take it one day at a time.
