IS COMPLETE!!! WHOO HOOO!!! I'm so glad! And ya know, the only thing I'm REALLY looking forward too is FRUIT!!! I can't wait for some fruit today! Not sure if it will be an apple or grapes, but I'm excited!! LOL!!! I'm down 9 pounds in phase 1. I hope it stays off too!
I'll break the first-fruit trend on this thread...I had blueberries. They were the best blueberries I've ever eaten. Seriously. :-) Enjoy Phase 1.5!!!!
AWESOME job!!!! I think mine was a Granny Smith. Remember to slowly introduce foods that are Ph 2 friendly back into your diet. Search the forum for Phase 1.5 if you have questions (something chickies have dubbed as the re-into pahse before a full Ph 2). Listen to your body and you will do great.
