That is great that you have made 13 weeks in the black. You are doing awesome and I agree that we have to write down everything we eat if we are serious about this. That is how I was losing before. I just started doing it again but I am not faithful everyday and I need to be.
I am at work right now. Just wanted to say hi to everyone. Nothing going on here just busy with work stuff and looking for a new office for us.

I'm at work, and waiting on the computer to do it stuff. Thought I would stop in and say hi. I know how you (some) of you are feeling. I'm on a rollercoaster ride myself. Plus i've had indigestion for a week now, and today started getting burning in my stomach. I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday. New doctor. I'm also going to talk to her about what i should weigh, and see if we can't work together on the weight thing. Have her check on me more often. I've also been expierenceing some heart inconsistancy. NO biggy. We will find out what's up.
