hey chicks, tonight I'm going back to the water aerobics class here (this is my second week) not nervous anymore now I know what to expect...in fact I'm looking forward to it.
And also I was trying to stay off the scale till monday because well

I have a problem. I like weighing myself more than once a week (sometimes I weigh 3 times a week) I LOVE seeing the number go down I scream and jump for joy with every pound lost!
But it's becoming a little silly so I'm going to challenge myself to wait till NEXT monday

oh my gosh I'm evil this is going to be torture but I'm sure I'll get through it.
