Breakfast: IP Mango RTD
Lunch: I think this will be filet mignon and asparagus
Dinner: IP G&O soy nuts and broccoli
Snack: Either IP Chocolate RTD or one of the soups. I have a bit of a cold and may want soup instead of my normal chocolate
This is semi-dependent on my getting to the store before lunch, LOL!
B- banana pineapple drink (even though its cold I just needed a fruit taste fix)
L-chocolate chip cookie and a subway salad- going out shopping with the kids
D- baked fish with roasted cauliflower
S- cappuccino
Not much choice for me since I'm down to my last few packets (although I do still have a pile of [restricted] bars. Guess it much be time to head home to the land of the cold. (I read this morning that it's in the twenties up north; I've been spoiled by the 80 degree Caribbean breezes for too long!) I'm thrilled that I've been able to stay 100% OP while I've been on vacation! (allowing for an extra non-restricted snack on dive days).
B: Coffee w/WF chocolate syrup; Egg Beater omelet w/onions, cilantro, tomato, Lousiana hot sauce
L: IP Mushroom soup w/brocolli; salad w/cider vinegar and olive oil
S: IP Peanut crunch bar
D: Grilled wahoo; salad w/WF dressing; steamed spinach
ETA: DH decided he wanted to go out for lunch rather than dinner, so I had seared ahi for lunch and will be switching my planned lunch to dinner along with some extra veggies.

B: spinach in a cocomint shake this morning (Nashua Nutrition - NN).
S: I ate some soy BBQ "nuts" (NN) as a snack.
L:will be a Muscle Milk shake with spinach.
D: will be turkey burgers and snack tonight will be a NN hot chocolate drink.
Day 2 of a mini-reboot...mini my ***...really I should just say a reboot!

L Homemade chicken soup with mushrooms, cauliflower, bell peppers, garlic, cilantro and lemon juice.
---also had a small baked potato, cuz I'm trying to kick the flu and am not getting better. Had a half cup of OJ too.
D More soup and salad if I can get it down. Maybe another potato depending on how I'm feeling.

I've been really good, but this is day 4 of the flu and it's slowing me down!
