Cool great thread!

I really dig this thread and it sounds like everyone is doing wonderful so far, how inspiring!

Yesterday,
I went for a walk for about a half hour +, maybe closer to 45 mins, for the first time in awhile and it felt great!!!

Together we will defeat the depressive feelings

A question:

What videos/DVDS have you found to be helpful in losing weight yet gentle, not one that would easily strain a body part? I have joint issues and FMS so I have to be careful. Thus far I have tried one of Richard Simmons' videos and a Leslie Sansone Video. Thank you!

Take care

Thanks for joining us! We're glad to have you here!

I've heard Walk Away the Pounds is a good one. I see you're doing some of Leslie's videos - is this the one you're doing?

I usually do Jillian's 30 day shred...but it's a little brutal.

Also, have you tried yoga? I have a Yoga For Beginners DVD which is pretty decent: http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Zone-Intr...ords=yoga+zone
