Hey Ladies!
What better way to combat depression (including Seasonal Affective Disorder!) than to exercise? Here's a thread for tracking exercise and general exercise related questions for December. |
Goal: 1100 mins

Thanks, GEM! even though I feel I am gaining fat from bad eating, I can't ignore the benefits of my regular exercise.

YAY - I complete my goal of working out at least 5X a week for this month :D |
Remember that physical activity is definitely helpful for us depressive types!! :dizzy: and we can cheer each other on by seeing what's we're all doing for working out :strong:

I really dig this thread and it sounds like everyone is doing wonderful so far, how inspiring!
Yesterday, I went for a walk for about a half hour +, maybe closer to 45 mins, for the first time in awhile and it felt great!!! :D Together we will defeat the depressive feelings ;) A question: What videos/DVDS have you found to be helpful in losing weight yet gentle, not one that would easily strain a body part? I have joint issues and FMS so I have to be careful. Thus far I have tried one of Richard Simmons' videos and a Leslie Sansone Video. Thank you! Take care ;) |
