11/30/12 I just got back on plan last Friday after a long out of control Summer.

245 today down 14 lbs this week. Now that the initial fast loss is behind me future losses should be much slower.

170.4, the weight I have been for the last 5 days (except yesterday at 170.0). TOM is coming next week though so I'm just going to keep chugging along.

My very first official weigh-in day was on 11/28/12 and that showed me down 7 lbs for this week! Yay me!

*head hung in shame* I have lost 2 pounds this whole month! I'm at 210 today. I had bad moments , terrible choices. I did eat within reason and within calorie range but after reading other forums I might be getting too few cals to lose weight. I don't know. My composition is better though so maybe some of the non-loss is muscle gain? I sure hope i can improve for this last month of 2012.
