I can definitely empathize. 2 years ago, I made a serious attempt to change my lifestyle and lose weight and it worked. I was so excited and proud and couldn't stop blabbing about every part of my journey to everyone; family, friends, coworkers, even strangers at the gym!
And then I gained it all back and some. I've been yo yoing for the past year and while I'm determined to lose the weight again, I'm not ready to share the process this time around. That said, I need accountablity buddies too. I'd be happy to share some motivational PMs & check in weekly or biweekly on your progress if you're willing to do the same
