I started dieting a different way recently and I think it's a really good approach, but part of it is not talking about it with friends and family. It's a good idea because messing up on a diet is much worse when everyone is watching you. I made keeping it a secret pretty hard for myself too since I've talked about it to everybody for like the past 4 months.
Anyhow, now I don't tell anyone about joining the gym or eating more healthy and it's really tough keeping motivated when I don't have anyone cheering me on or keeping me accountable.
Does anyone want to team up and keep each other on track with working out and eating right? We could also share tips.



I need one myself, no one in my family cares about what they eat so sometimes I find myself falling back into that habit and I don't want to. I want to be healthy for good this time, I can't remember the last time I was a normal weight. Did you want to check our weight every week?, or our diet?. Let me know how you want to do this
