Ok I have to be honest right? ED came into play here after lunch time =( And THEN you think I would have felt bad and watched what I had for dinner but NO we ended up going out to eat and so I know I ended up going over for the day. Start over again today right?

Did a 1 hour Windor Pilates tape this morning (yay!)
