Default Questions

When you get your ticker is that when you change your current weight? Which field do you put the WI information in your profile i.e.. WI 1 -##, is that when you get 20x20 (days x posts)? The reason I ask is, it really helps me when I have low weeks to see others have low then high, or steady and know that it will continue to work if I stay OP.

I think it is 20 posts and 20 days. I change my current weight in my profile each week and also update the ticker in my signature. I don't do the weeks and lbs lost, but that would also go in the signature if you want to keep track of it.

The weigh in info and tickers go into your signature - that will be available to you in the User CP section after 20 days. You'll see "edit signature" as the first option in the menu bar.
