Default Dieting and stress
Does anyone feel stressed out while they are dieting? I think it is just a shock for my body to be consuming less than I usually eat. I wish I can lose the weight over night.

Yes absolutely! In my case I think I mostly live in denial of my weight and then when I faced the fact that I need to lose weight and shape up, then I feel stress and anxiety about it. I'm like "omg, what I have I done to myself? I need to fix this immediately!."

Sorry, I don't have any suggestions because I'm the same way. I suppose seeing losses every week helps.
