Ive been on my period and sick so the last couple days have been calorie high, over my cals by a few hundred a day, All i wanted was fried chicken and gave in 2 days in a row. Almost 3 but I stopped myself. Still on my period but not having horrible cravings anymore. I was up almost 2 lbs on the scale but i know its water weight from the extra salt because theres no way I even went over 3500 to gain 1 pound. Im going to try and get a good cardio workout in today
