Default Loose Skin

I've gone from the high 180s to 141 lbs. The smallest I've been since probably middle school. My highest weight was 206 lbs. Now that I seem to have find what woks for me, I still am trying to get to.about 130 lbs.

s I near my goal, I still have loose skin and my lower stomac has a pudge that is not firm like it was.when I was heavier. I know some is fat, but some is loose skin.

I have tried firming.creams with little to no results. I know it time it is supposed.to.catch up.

I have been doing alot of research on body wraps. They claim that it us not weight loss, but inch loss due to detoxing the fat cell. It is also supposed to firm the skin, as well as help a little with stretch I always thought body wraps were nothing but water loss. But now Im thinkinb there mught be something behind ig. Based on the research I did, the inch loss can be permanent if you eat right and continue to sxercise. It isnt suppsed to.come righf back. My boyfriends mom.said when her daughter was younger she treated her to one for prom.and it stayed off for months, but the daughter started gaining weight from eating and no exercisr. But this is the only first hand revoew..Ive gotten.

So Im eondering if any of you have tried it? What are your thoughts on the topic?

It can take a year for skin to firm up after weight loss. A lot depends on genetics. For some of us, it is the price we have to pay for getting fat (I have a lot of lose skin).

Detoxing the fat cell with a body wrap is just a way to flatten you wallet. It does not have lasting results no matter what you do. For those who think it did, its because they exercised and ate right and it would have happened anyway.

Your tummy will look like it has fat too when it is just loose skin. Remember, skin layers have fat and you simply CANNOT get rid of it all. There is no such thing as fatless skin and women have more of it than men. Loose skin on men looks different than on women too.

Just don't start thinking that this is just more weight you need to lose. 130 at 5'7" is pretty thin depending on your build type. Only you can know your build. It might be a perfect weight for your or too little... DOn't get stuck on a number.

I was hoping the wrap did more. I know it isn't a cure all...but oh well. Thank you.

I just hate the pooch! And I have the same kind of thing going on in my upper thigh, my arms...eck. And the doc said I have a small to medium frame, so going to the 130s doesn't seem to concern him. I thought 140 might be whet I want to be, but alas, I have more weight to loose yet...

Thank you both!
