Default 20lbs lost !! Pics !
I reached 20lbs lost this morning ! 225. I started at 245 ( and my Tom bloating had me all the way up to 252!! )

I'm posting some... revealing pictures and it's hard for me ! however, I feel that I must because this is something i have drawn inspiration on heavily , seeing before and after pictures. Sooo here we go.

I wasn't 245 in the before; I think I was 5 to 10lbs less. I really didn't want to take the pictures so I held off. now I wish I hadn't !

Good job, the hardest part is the first 20 pounds, once you know you can do it, you can see it is possible, that you are stronger than you think, that you will accomplish this task and fight for what you deserve ! It becomes routine and easier, get active and make exciting changes , have fun and do new things, enjoy life.

Wow, that's a big difference! I took a before picture and I think I'll follow you lead and take progress pictures. I'm only down 14 pounds, but I think I'll take a pic every 15 pounds to see if there is any progress. Anyway, you are doing great so keep it up!

Its nice seeing a different in just 20 pounds, I am 18 pounds down and haven't taken any pictures because I didn't think I would be able to tell yet. I think I will take some today.
