What a trying weekend! For the assignment though, could you try reviewing a restaurant's healthy option? And make the spin on how to look for healthy options when eating out and whether this restaurant is making it easier/harder? I guess that could draw attention to your own plight to get healthy and lose weight, which you might not be comfortable with, but it might make it more interesting and relevant to you.
I hate it when that happens with food! And if you throw it away, it feels like such a waste. Do you visit anyone like parents or friends that you could take some of the ice cream to? Like, say you will bring dessert one week and share it, possibly leaving it at their place afterwards? Dont feel guilty about the pizza, I would totally be in the ice cream if i was you!
