I started full bar today. At about 11:15 I ate a full bar and was feeling really full. I ate half my sandwich for lunch, I couldn't eat anymore of it. I was almost uncomfortably full. At about 2:30, I was feeling hungry so I ate the other half of my sandwich and drank more water and I was fine.
I ate the 2nd fullbar a little while ago and don't feel like eating all that much for dinner.
So, I guess it is helping in that I would have eaten the whole sandwich and then gone to the vending machine for something at 2:30.
However, the bar does just taste like the puffed rice cereal, so Im wondering if I can just eat some of that before meals and save myself a whole bunch of money.
