Default I sabotaged myself.

The first few months, I had lost weight consistently.
Then, in November, the desire to lose MORE weight faster led me to drop my daily intake down to 23-25 points a DAY, when WW allotted me 33-34. I figured out my calories, including my 0pp fruits and veggies, and for the last 2 months I have been averaging around 900 calories a day.
I know this forum, and every other resource I have used, says that the minimum caloric intake to lose weight is about 1200cals. I am most likely in "starvation mode" and can explain my overall lack of weight loss over the last two months.

What finally clicked in my head: WW has been doing this for YEARS and YEARS. I have been doing this for a few months. Who knows better? WW. Yesterday and today I have been working on adding additional calories (in a healthy way) to my diet. I feel confident that I will start seeing my weight go down again once my body is used to getting the calories and nutrients it needs.

Moral of the story... WW knows their stuff. Don't try and cheat the system.
I lost out on the last two months and could have hurt my health even more by UNDEREATING. I am thankful this realization came when it did.

Definitely true.

Eating not enough can put your body into starvation mode and although weight may come off, it will come back just as easily.

Good for you for recognizing and correcting!

Just an FYI: Starvation Mode is a Myth.

Eating less than you should, and not getting in proper nutrition CAN definitely affect energy levels and mood, though!

I'm glad you're back on track to making this a healthy journey.

Plus under-eating (at least for me) results in a binge.
