Hello all!

Not much to say other than I'm overwiehgt and unhealthy and just came across this site. It is very helpful and I love all the motivational stories. I hope to continue my weightloss journey with everyone :-)

Yup, I like the motto-
"Keep my eating clean & my workouts dirty!"
By doing this 80% of the time & the other 20% of the time I can let my hair down somewhat while still maintaining my weight!
