first week down and a drop from 164lbs to 157lbs so lets hope the momentum keeps going!

thanks! ive been doing weight watchers and running. ive been sticking to my points and drinking plenty of water im also training for a 10k so been running three times a week for 40mins each i guess its just been my week. got second week to come which is notoriously difficult! eeek

Don't get discourage when the scale becomes an @sshole...because it eventually will, but I bet you the inches will be shreding.
