first week down!

  • thanks! ive been doing weight watchers and running. ive been sticking to my points and drinking plenty of water im also training for a 10k so been running three times a week for 40mins each i guess its just been my week. got second week to come which is notoriously difficult! eeek

    Don't get discourage when the scale becomes an @sshole...because it eventually will, but I bet you the inches will be shreding.
