Pics and post here: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/mini...eight-off.html Now I am back with my update, 10% off I've made a collage with the 5%, so you can see what's been going down. Original weight: 177.3 pounds (80.6Kg) And 74 days later... 158.7 pounds (72Kg) fat: -6.2% muscle: +6.4lbs (2.9Kg) this hasn't changed since the 5% waist: -5.1" (13cm) hips: -2.5" (6.4cm) arms: -1.25" (3.2cm) I think I'm the same from the front, though ...
