Today I've officially hit two milestones: lost 50 lbs and reached a new decade! I'm so happy to be in the 130s. I haven't seen 130s since Fall 2004 (freshman year of college).
Thank you 3FC for helping me through all of this! All you ladies are such an inspiration to me. I also find so much useful information on these forums that helped me this time doing it the
healthy and
sustainable way.
I started this journey October 5, 2009 at 189.5 lbs
. I had a few months where weightloss stalled because I stopped calorie counting and I was traveling. The important thing was I maintained for the longest time I've ever been able to keep weight off! I lost the weight by calorie counting, cooking whole foods, and exercising.
I hope to lose an additional 10-20 lbs depending on how my body looks.
