Default Calcium

Greetings:
I'm new to SB and would like to ask a question concerning supplementing with calcium. I have a combo of calcium 1000mg, magnesium 400mg, and zinc 15mg. that I take daily. The question: is calcium causing anyone to get constipated. I called a pharmacist and he stated that it does in some people. Anyone out there having a problem with it. Thank you for your help in advance.

I take calcium, magnesium and zinc too. I have never had a problem while on SB with constipation. I think the abundance of veggies, fruits and whole grains keeps things moving. It is important to make sure you get plenty of water, too.
