Tuesday 11/1:

L - leftover squash pasta, atkins bar
S - candy "bone"
D - broccoli pasta bake
E - dog walk
Wednesday 11/2:
B - oatmeal, wheat germ, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover broccoli pasta bake, atkins bar
D - minestrone soup
E - none

Tuesday:

L - leftover minestrone soup, atkins bar
D - pasta with sauce, frozen veg, pepperoni, parmesan
S - oat bran w/raisins and brown sugar
E - dog walk in the morning, 30 mins stationary bike intervals

I haven't been posting. I haven't been good. Yesterday was overall better than the previous several days, so I'll start there

Wednesday:
B - oatmeal, wheat germ, apple, walnuts
L - lean cuisine apple cranberry chicken, free food at work: taco salad of lettuce, salsa, fajita chicken; too many tortilla chips
D - baked sweet potato, frozen mixed veggies, rotisserie chicken drumstick and wing, couple slices of cheese
E - none, I planned to walk Carter after work but it was raining

Shoot. I just got a calendar notification that DH and I have a lunch date with our CPA. End of year planning over lunch. He usually takes us to a burger place.
I need to get back on track. My brain is still in vacation mode.
Thursday:

L - @work, Qdoba taco bar - two soft tacos w/meat, veggies, salsa, teeny bit of cheese; some chips with salsa, guac; brownie
D - pinto bean skillet on rice
E - dog walk

Well, yesterday's lunch ended up at an Italian place. Chicken parmesan sandwich with side salad and iced tea (no sugar).

D~oh, wow, I don't think I have a plan here...I do have chicken at home, perhaps salsa chicken, but DS's tummy was a bit upset this morning (probably due to the very spicy chili verde from last night) so I ought to do something less spicy. I'll have to do some thinking here.
Friday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover pinto bean skillet on rice
S - atkins bar
D - leftover pasta w/sauce, frozen veg, and chicken
E - dog walk this AM

S - don't remember, I know I ate something else though
D - spaghetti w/frozen veggies, chicken, sauce, cheese
S - two ghiradelli squares
E - dog powerwalk
Sunday:
B - banana + skim milk smoothie
S (post-workout) - starbucks greek yogurt parfait
L - ramen noodles w/frozen veggies
S - lf string cheese, apple, roll
D - glass of wine, roasted chicken with apple/pear sauce, salad w/lf dressing
S - hot cocoa, marshmallows, two ghiradelli squares
E - swam a mile, 48 mins
Monday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover spaghetti and chicken/apple/pear stuff, atkins bar
D - chicken paprikash on no yolks noodles, salad w/balsamic vinegar (no oil)
S - two ghiradelli squares
E - none

D~going to a wine tasting, a little wine (usually the tastes add up to 1 glass), finger foods (usually cheese, crackers and fruit)
I need to stop eating chocolate. I need to go back to my dessert only on weekends rule......after I finish off the container of ghiradelli mint squares.
Tuesday:

L - leftover chicken paprikash on noodles
S - atkins bar
D - pasta w/frozen veggies, spoon of PB
S - last ghiradelli square
E - pilates legs/abs
