Default Question about MIO

i have read how a lot of you use MIO to flavor your water. I just bought some, it is amazing. Are you sure that its ok to use? I just realized i drank 96 oz of water so far and it hasn't felt like it (besides restroom breaks ) Just want to make sure that I don't sabotage myself. thanks

I also had no idea what it was. Basically it is a flavoring. Because I won't do the artificial sweeteners I wouldn't be drawn to it, but I am sure it would be good for someone who struggles to drink plain water.

I won't be able to give a link. Look up MiO. From site:

"MiO is sweetened with sucralose, a calorie-free, artificial sweetener that is 600 times sweeter than sugar. To maintain color and freshness, MiO does use certain preservatives and artificial colorings. "

I bought the sweet tea yesterday and my husband didn't know it wasn't real sweet tea! I love the berry/pom and add it to my mixed berry yogurt drink.
