Question about MIO
i have read how a lot of you use MIO to flavor your water. I just bought some, it is amazing. Are you sure that its ok to use? I just realized i drank 96 oz of water so far and it hasn't felt like it (besides restroom breaks
) Just want to make sure that I don't sabotage myself. thanks

I also had no idea what it was. Basically it is a flavoring. Because I won't do the artificial sweeteners I wouldn't be drawn to it, but I am sure it would be good for someone who struggles to drink plain water.

I add a squirt or two of the berry /pom flavor to my raspberry jello to give it some more flavor. lise

Mix the flavors together for something REALLY different!! or put a squirt in unsweet tea

I even saw a Sweet Tea flavor. Is that for really and okay to use??? I love sweet tea and miss it so I wonder how it tastes.

I bought the sweet tea yesterday and my husband didn't know it wasn't real sweet tea! I love the berry/pom and add it to my mixed berry yogurt drink.

I am not sure if its available in Canada... I think that Rollercoaster says that she got some while she was in Montana. but not too sure!
