Default Can Extra Packet Be Dinner Protein?

Hi Everyone,

Still very new to program.

Can a extra packet be substitued for the dinner protein aka chicken, fish, beef (when running late on time after work)?

Would four packets give enough protein for day?

I'd double check with your coach, but I'd think would be better to get the 4 packets then to skip. But the meat has other items you need too so I wouldn't make a habit out of it. I keep some frozen cut up chicken breasts in the freezer that I can heat up for those late nights, one of the reasons I still like my George Forman is it's quick to cook on if I'm running late.

I have occasionally done this when I have planned poorly and have nothing at home or work ready. But I agree that it shouldn't be done often. A 4th packet has got to be better than a missed meal IMHO.
