Default Does anyone know where I can find a graph

Dh and I would like to chart our weight loss. Usually he draws out a graph and fills in the weights but its so time consuming. Is there any where on the web that we could go to find a graph that we could print out? Thanks in advance.

When I was tracking really close,I used to use Weight Commander

www.weightcommander.com

found it in web ads, if you see it you can download a free version and pay (it used to be 9.95) later. It is really great and helps with your measurements, goals, etc! I really recommend it. Plus, you can use it off-line, which is good for me. It will let more than one user track.

Yep weightcommander gets my vote too. I've been using it offf and on for about three yers and it's the most productive 10.00 I've spent on diet related stuff ever. Worth every ppenny and then some. I have the recoords for all this time, and as dottie says the best thing is you use it off line, so it's always there. It is also esy to make backups and keep your records and move them from one cmpputer to another and Lord knows I've need that!

I have used www.lifeform.com before but it cost more when buying it.

lifeform cost 40 to buy but it will count the calories you can graph your measrements and everything even feelings menstals and everything!! You need to play with it for a while down load free for 21 days for trial it llooks like you can with the other one too, and can use multiple users too. (each with secret pass word.)
