JackieGee I lost before doing more of an Atkins style diet and before that South Beach Diet. I work out 6 days a week 5 of those being weights and cardio and 1 just cardio. I had a personal trainer make a program just for me in the last few weeks and it has been working great!
I always wake up and have a shake before working out (at 430 am) When I come home most of the time I will either have egg whites with veggies or another shake. I eat my protein for lunch in a salad with buffalo chicken I grill myself and shred (yes buffalo sauce has alittle calories but I don't use any dressing.) I will usually eat my veggies as a snack in between lunch and dinner and have a shake for dinner. I do eat about 30 minutes before I go to bed but it is never a lot. Sometimes its half a serving of soy puffs or a couple pieces of chicken if I'm feeling hungry I will have another shake.
I prefer EAS shakes and Atkins(i will only have the Atkins in the morning before working out)
I've only gotten the flavored drinks so far and puffs from Nashua since I have just been drinking Choc lately.. I really prefer EAS though so far.
I do not have restricted items all the time. I still have not had any pudding,bars,cereal, or pancakes. I Am kinda fearful I will stall out.

He knows I Am losing simply because here and there I Am able to video chat with him and I can not hide it LOL. He made me send him a picture of this new outfit I got the other day and he couldn't believe it was me. He tells me he brags about me all the time over there and that he is so proud of me. That really helps when I see that pizza I Am dying to have.
