Default Phase question

I am trying to wrap my head around how all of this works and when I will be getting to what phase. I know it's never set in stone but I figured out when I'd be at 90% if I lost 2.5lbs each week and if I lost 3lbs each week. As of now my average is 3.3 but I expect that to go down at least a little in the future. So, I am thinking about the 1 cheat day a week in maintenance and Thanksgiving. I'm a long ways out I know but I like to have a plan.

Phase 2: Is it suppose to be 2 week or until you reach goal which ever comes 1st or do you have to do at least 2 weeks?

Phase 3: Is this 2 week minimum also?

Phase 4: I know this is when the 1 cheat day comes and I'm pretty sure I can't make it here by Thanksgiving. As of today I have about 30lbs to 90% and I can't say that for sure because tomorrow is my weigh in day.

So, let me in on anything you know about the phases. I've read the sheets posted in the stickies but I didn't know if any of it had changed or if different coaches say different things about this also. Thanks!

P-1 to 90%
P-2 to goal
P-3 is 2 weeks
P-4 is so far away???

So it doesn't matter if you make it to goal the first week? I know this won't happen for me but I was just curious.

And yes, phase 4 seems very far away.

It would make sense to have a minimum 2 week for 2 but I do not know.?? I've only heard to goal whatever that means. ?? I think the idea is by adding a real lunch protein, we will slow are losses a bit and be sliding gracefully into Phase 3. Because after all, we will indeed be gracefull by then, right?

phase 2 is a minimum of 2 weeks. tomorrow is the last day of my second week of phase 2, then i move to phase 3. i was at goal when i started phase 2, but it is a 2 week minimum regardless. also, i have lost NO weight in phase 2, so be prepared for the possibility of slow to no loss in phase 2.

My plan (and my coaches) is to get to 100% goal and then move to phase 2. This way phase two hopefully puts me slightly under goal leaving room to be at goal after the sugar gain that happens in phase 4.
