I'm a long ways out I know but I like to have a plan. Phase 2: Is it suppose to be 2 week or until you reach goal which ever comes 1st or do you have to do at least 2 weeks?
Phase 3: Is this 2 week minimum also?
Phase 4: I know this is when the 1 cheat day comes and I'm pretty sure I can't make it here by Thanksgiving. As of today I have about 30lbs to 90% and I can't say that for sure because tomorrow is my weigh in day.
So, let me in on anything you know about the phases. I've read the sheets posted in the stickies but I didn't know if any of it had changed or if different coaches say different things about this also. Thanks!
