Are there any special dates/occasions that you are hoping to be slimmed down by?
I am hoping to have lost about 5 pounds by the end of August. I will be going on a girls trip to an outdoor spa and I will have to be in my bathing suit all day. I want to feel at least a little more comfortable with my body by then so hopefully I will be down to 134.
I will be going to Florida with my husband and some friends in November and I am sure I will be spending a lot of time in my bathing suit. I really would like to be at my goal of 125 by that time.
I did want to be 130 by my birthday (2nd), but didn't quite make it... Now I guess I'm aiming for when school starts (22nd.) I don't know when I'll reach my ultimate goal weight... Hopefully by the holidays.
Jan 23 is my 23rd birthday (and of course, 23 is my favorite number because I'm really unoriginal) so I'm hoping to be at my goal weight of 125 - maybe even maintaining it - by then (who knows, maybe I'll get to 123 haha)
My wedding! I want to be at my goal weight by October of 2012. My major mini goal is that I want to be a size 10 before the end of the year, so I can comfortably try on wedding dresses. My trainer has set a goal for me of 2 lbs per week, so we'll see!
I'm hoping by Christmas but I think it's a long shot. I will see lots of family then so it'd be nice to be able to show myself off a bit. My tracker is predicting mid Feb, and my birthday is Feb 3rd so that would be alright if I don't make it by Christmas (or if Christmas causes me to gain haha).
I always think setting goals by dates is a great thing as long as you're realistic with yourself.
When I started a year ago Aug 16th, I gave myself a year to get down to 145...I had a few set backs and while I'm hoping I still make it, I won't be too sad if I don't.
My ultimate goal is to be 135 by my 30th birthday Sept 13th!! All very achievable if I put my mind to it!!
