Hi,
I just had a baby girl 6 weeks ago and would like to get back into shape. I like what I have heard about this concept. I noticed that there are lots of useful links on this website, but what is the easiest way to get started - should I just buy/follow the program in the sugarbusters book? Thanks for providing info to the newbie.

Hi Mickers! Welcome! I just started about about two weeks ago, but the first week doesn't count because I was eating non stone ground wheat products. The stone ground is very important. I got the book from the library - it is very very easy reading. I think I am going to check it out and read it again this week... People really sound like it works for them and has been easy to stick to so far! Annette
