Default Off plan x 2 weeks

Weighed in today was off plan for 2 weeks. Weighed +5.2 more than 2 weeks ago. That is okay, I will get back on plan and do better this week. The reason I went off plan is because it was becoming a chore to stick with WW and I was honestly getting bored with it! But I think the break was enough to motivate me to get back on track!

I think it's great that you weighed in even though you knew you'd been off plan! It would have been so easy to just skip the WI but now you know where you stand and now what you need to do!

I second what Tudor Rose says. You went to weigh-in, and that's a huge success.

Get back up and get back to it ^^

For next time: If you find yourself getting bored with the plan, then BEFORE you choose to go off plan it's time to mix things up or try out something different so that you don't get as bored or frustrated.

Ask for food ideas! At Wednesday meetings the leader calls the "food finds" and I need them every few weeks or so. I get bored easily!

Let us know if you need help. I like those threads too because I learn from them!

Oh--in the 20's group there is a "What Did You Eat Today?" Thread. It's nice because I see what everyone is eating. It'd be great if we had a Weight Watchers one! I think I'm the only WWer in on that thread...
