I just had my first weigh in today - I lost 6 lb and multiple inches. However my % body fat went up a little, which my coach said was ok.
Anyway, I had missed 2 snacks this past week, I will make sure not to do so again!!! This feels great

. . I have resisted cakes at two different occasions this week so I am proud of myself!
Thank you all of us - I can't wait to get back to teh other end of 200 and be back to pre-preggo weight (1st mini goal hehehe).
