Hey, irishka! So, you have started the Medifast program! Day one can be hard, but you just need to get through it. The Medifast foods are designed to help curb your hunger while at the same time helping your body to burn fat. Do you like the foods? What have you tried so far?

Drink lots of water, distract yourself with other stuff like music or organizing something you've been putting off, and read, read, read. These forums are full of tips and tricks.

Hey Irishka! The first few days aren't the easiest, but it gets a lot better! Water, water, and more water got me through it. In general, I like having my l&g in the evening, but for the first few days, I split up the l&g so I could mentally get used to not eating "food" during the day. Keep with it! It gets so, so much easier!

Hey! See what happens when you stick to it? Keep going! Stay with it! Three pounds in three days...

It won't be like this every week, but as long as you are staying on plan, you will continue to see success.
