Hi from a newbie!
Hi I am new to 3 chick but not new to the diet world! I am hopefully motivated enough to get to where I want/need to be. Always looking for some great advice tips and new friends. I am on week 3 of new lifestyle change of counting calories (seems to work best for me) and working out like a demon lol! It seemed I lost most weight the 1st week (water weight) now I am at a stand still waiting...patiently...for something to happen. I can feel my clothes getting loser so I am happy about that. I have made sure not to tell many people I am dieting because its always nice to hear other s notice the change.
Look forward to reading more success stories, and hope one day be able to post mine
