Question Hi All..worried about starting atkins!

Hey all..

Former beacher here. Lost 15 on the beach..however..im feelin the need to get more restrictive with carb intake..I think i consumed too much beans and yougurt or something... i suffered lots of cravings and i think it was affecting my blood sugar.. I dont know..im just scared to go back to Atkins.i sI did it once and i was sooooo ILLL when i first started it..and i guess cause my mom is a health nut, i feel so fearful of what she will think of me..cause she of course thinks its terribly unhealthy for you to have all that fat in the diet..I dont know what to think personally..Ive just personally been afraid to give it my all.. for fear of failure..

Encouragement anyone?

I'm taking Acai berry supplements this time...not because I expect some magical weightloss (lol) but for the antioxidants. It seems to be helping, I only felt sick on the second day.

The first time I did low carb I just stuck with meat and cheese. I did lose 25lbs, but it didn't feel healthy, so I didn't stick to it. This time I'm following the book to the letter, making sure to get at least 12 of my 20 carb grams from the allowed foundation vegetables. It is so much better! It really isn't that abnormal of a diet when you do it right.
