I'm taking Acai berry supplements this time...not because I expect some magical weightloss (lol) but for the antioxidants. It seems to be helping, I only felt sick on the second day.
The first time I did low carb I just stuck with meat and cheese. I did lose 25lbs, but it didn't feel healthy, so I didn't stick to it. This time I'm following the book to the letter, making sure to get at least 12 of my 20 carb grams from the allowed foundation vegetables. It is so much better! It really isn't that abnormal of a diet when you do it right.
