Default Don't know what the carb count is for this?

I'm not sure which to use on fitday for Prime Rib roast? Can anyone help me on this one?

Also i was advised to cut back on my fat intake and up my protein, Heres what has me a little stumped , If meat is a high protein, When i put that into my fitday it always brings up my % of fat intake? This has really got me somewhat confused here about lowering my fats & uping my protein

Thanks again,

Chuckie - this is what I'd use.

Beef, tenderloin, separable lean only, trimmed to 1/4" fat, select, cooked, roasted 1lbs.

530 calories/26 fat/0 carbs/70 protien

Do not worry about lowering the fat untill you have gotten into a serious stall. and if you do that the only way it to cut out some mayo and butter and cut some of the fat off the meat when you eat it. but for now stick with eating everything you can!!! and enjoy!!!

you can also try lower-fat proteins like chicken, fish, and turkey. tuna, for example, has 21 grams of protein in 3 oz and almost no fat. add a little real mayo and you're all set!!

and you could consider using a low-carb protein shake. some folks use them, others don't,. some think that they slow the weight loss, others use them to kick start.

so, what this suggests to me is that it's an individual thing. but don't bother with the protein bars. most folks agree that they really don't help with weight loss.
