I'm not sure which to use on fitday for Prime Rib roast? Can anyone help me on this one?
Also i was advised to cut back on my fat intake and up my protein, Heres what has me a little stumped

, If meat is a high protein, When i put that into my fitday it always brings up my % of fat intake? This has really got me somewhat confused here about lowering my fats & uping my protein
