I fell off the exercise wagon in DECEMBER. It hasn't slowed down my weightloss, which I think is making it harder to get back on track! I need to get back to the gym in a serious way. I really do know how good it is for me, but I always forget how hard it is to form that particular habit again. For me, it's trying to trudge through the first couple of weeks until I get back into the "routine" of it.

Yessss -- I stopped my Couch to 5K program about two weeks ago! Since then loss has slowed to about nothing. Time to bust through it! :P Maybe doing some other exercise as well will remind me the clock is ticking to boot camp!

I fell off working out for the month of march once I was done with my trainer. I think I needed a nice long break though. I'll get back into it soon I can feel the itch starting to come back to me.

I'm in. I've fallen off the wagon 4 times now. 3 due to illness, one due to injury (I broke 2 ribs 5 weeks ago). I just started exercising again this week. I'm hoping this is the time I can keep it up!

I'v fallen off for about a month now, I just found this website so I'm hoping for this to be a big motivator for me. It's crazy because I love working out, I find it to be a great stress reliever and I start to feel good about myself and also because I can start making it up a flight a of stair without panting but for some strange reason Its just so easy to stop. It always important to take it one step at a time. We Can Do This!
