Weights or at least bodyweight toning workouts like yoga and Pilates.

Ashley89, skin folding over when you move in a certain way indicates you have an epidermis and are a living human being, not that you are fat.

Almost nobody doesn't have skin rolls when they bend over, not even uber fit people. Watch a workout instructor do crunches in a sports bra and tell me there aren't a few skin rolls on some of them, even the fit ones. At your height and weight, you're in a good normal BMI range and probably just need to tighten everything up, not lose more weight.
OTOH, my own goal is a little lower while still being a healthy weight for my height, so you COULD probably drop a couple and be okay, but be very, very careful.
