its not horrible bad, but i do not like it and probably no one else would notice, but I CARE.

I'm sure youve heard it 12930428 times, but since you are at goal and at a healthy weight that you are happy with, I would try weightlifting to tone. I think that will give you what you are looking for

Weights or at least bodyweight toning workouts like yoga and Pilates.

Also, Ashley89, skin folding over when you move in a certain way indicates you have an epidermis and are a living human being, not that you are fat. Almost nobody doesn't have skin rolls when they bend over, not even uber fit people. Watch a workout instructor do crunches in a sports bra and tell me there aren't a few skin rolls on some of them, even the fit ones. At your height and weight, you're in a good normal BMI range and probably just need to tighten everything up, not lose more weight.

OTOH, my own goal is a little lower while still being a healthy weight for my height, so you COULD probably drop a couple and be okay, but be very, very careful.

Great comments already, and I just have to echo the toning comment. Lifting just does a body good.

And I laughed at the being human part! What it reminds me of is celebrities and the still pictures we see of them. They have wrinkles and bulges air brushed out, or the photographer can tell them to sit differently so the skin doesn't wrinkle up. I have seen some real live gorgeous women at the gym in sports bra do sits up and their bellies pop out.

have you had any children? i have the exact same problem, and im pretty sure its realated to carrying a baby.... even when i got down to 14% body fat, i STILL had it when i bent over.... really thin and super wrinkly, stretchmsrk looky, like a "U" or an apron...... i fear the only way to really get rid of it is surgery.... it is NOT fat..... its skin
