You can really have so much more filling meals when you eat healthy. I'd rather have those healthier meals over 1/3 or 1/5 of the other meal choices!

Yepp. Lunch was a tortilla spread with 1 tsp hummus, layered with: 6 slicces of honey smoked turkey (60 calories), grilled red pepper, onions, a tsp of mozarella (for taste), 1/2 cup of dark leaf lettuce, 4 pea pods and a tsp of herbed mayo, plus 6 potato crisps on the side (for extra crunch). I can hardly fold these to eat them! The sandwich is under 400 calories and keeps me full until dinner! Let's eat healthy!

Man, how do the restaurants jam pack that many calories into their entrees? It's sick!
