Default What size are you now? Comparison...

So I am borrowing this idea from a thread I saw in another part of the board.

All of us are at different points on our WW journey to a healthier life. I was just curious as to where each of us was compared to where we started. So what weight/size did you start your journey at and what weight/size are you now, even if you aren't done with your journey this will let you look back and see where you were at this point in your journey.

I am 5'5" and when I started almost 6 months ago on my journey to a healthier life/lifestyle I was 250 pounds and a size 20 in jeans and 2-3X in tops. This was my highest after two pregnancies in a 2 1/2 year span. I finally decided to take my life back and now almost 6 months after joining WW online I am at 194.3 and a size 15/16 in jeans and XL-1X in tops. I still have a ways to go but I am a little more than half way to my goal and a much healthier person.

Share with us!

I started in August at 269lbs and a 22 / 2-3X. I'm now 224lbs and a loose 18 / XL/1X. I was over the moon with excitement when I could go into Old Navy last week and buy XL's.

2 years ago at 178 I wore XL top, size 12 pant. I went to 164 and maintained there about for the last 2 years and I wore a L top and size 8-10 pant. The stuff I'm wearing now is all size M. I don't aspire to ever be a size S, I'm too tall for that and legs and arms would all be too short.

I was in a size 18-20 pants and XL to XXL shirts weighing in at 215lbs will be 2 years ago in may.
Now I'm in size 6 pants and medium tops. Lost 83 lbs so far.
Great work everyone. It's so exciting to be able to buy smaller clothes.

It's so nice to see everyone's progress. Great job to all of you.

On a side note I pulled out a pair of jeans today that I hadn't been able to wear since before I was pregnant with my first child. They are a size 13/14. I thought "what the heck, might as well see how they fit" I slowly put them on and they slid right up. What do you know?! They fit!!! They are even baggy in the legs and I could pull them down without unzipping/buttoning them. A really awesome milestone for me.

I just started, my pants are usually 12's and my shirts are XL. I've got my old size 8 pants and medium shirts waiting for me.

Hang on, guys! I'm on my way!

I always get frustrated by these things since I usually wear a higher size than others who weigh 20 or 30 pounds more than me.

Anyway, I started at a tight size 20.

Right now I can wear size 18 comfortably.

I started in June 2010 at 235 lbs, 5'6" tall. I wore 18W in pants and 1x shirts.

Now I weigh 164, size 10 pants, med and small shirts. I have lost weight very unevenly and so the top of me looks a lot smaller than the bottom. No matter, I'll take it.

Best of luck to everyone on their weight loss endeavors.

Congrats to all you big losers!

I started WW only 16 weeks ago, and have lost 22 pounds. I believe I've went down to a size 16 from an 18, and am wearing a L or XL top from a 2X.

When I started WW in April 2008 I was 240 lbs, wore a 22/24 pants and 3X tops. I am only 5' 2", so I was a pretty big girl. I got down to 130 lbs in July 2010 and wear 4/6 pants and S/M shirts. However, I am 12 weeks pregnant now, so I am up about 5 lbs, but it's for a good reason!

Congrats!!!

The first time I was on WW I lost 35 pounds and all of my baby weight from my first child only to get pregnant with my second child three months into WW. I have now been on WW this time around for 6 months and have lost all the weight from my second pregnancy and then some.

I think sometimes it is height. I am barely 5'4" and someone who is 5'8" who is the same weight as me usually weighs the same.

But then the poster right below you weighs about 25 pounds more than me and is not much taller and is wearing a 16 and I'm no where close to being able to wear a 16.

I think part of it is body type. I am unfortunately an apple and so I get foiled by waistlines all the time. The problem with a 16 is that the waist would be way too small.

Yeah, I always try to remember height and body type play a big part in how we appear. I don't know what shape I am. I don't really know how to tell.
