Default I've stopped cheating on myself

This is week 2 on WW. I can already feel my behavior shifting...

I was making fajitas last night, with some of my yummy grassfed steak tips. I picked up a piece of one to slice and add to the pan and almost just started slicing without weighing it. I had counted 4oz for my meal, it weighed 9. Back to the fridge went half of it. I had a moment of thinking, this is so unfair, 4oz isn't enough. But you know what, with the onions, mushrooms, peppers and 0% Fage on my 2 whole wheat tortillas, it was plenty! I felt satisfied, not stuffed and did not wake up feeling like a beached whale with a belly full of food.

That felt like a big shift to me, being really conscious of what was going in my body.

Anyone else noticing changes like this?

Again noticing the changes... just ate dinner, shrimp with rice and cauliflower. Sitting here thinking how good the shrimp was, how more might be better. But, looking at my tracker, it's not in my budget. I know I've eaten enough fuel for the day. I know I can have fruit if I'm still hungry later. And I know that the food is there if I want to recreate the meal tomorrow. Which I just might.

seagirl- You are inspiring me to look at all of these little changes I have been making as well. They are so little that I don't give them credit enough and I need to. I wanted to eat a skinnycow vanilla sandwich which equals 4 points, instead I picked up a tangerine and had zero points. I was so happy after I ate it!!! I love what you said about; "I can recreate that meal again tomorrow" and it will be there. Love it!! thanks...

I weigh my food (meat) after it's cooked, you will find the ounces are lighter once the fluid is cooked out. Just a thought.
