Default December 2010 Exercise Minutes
Here's the December 2010 Support Thread. This one is for exercise minutes.

I can't find the November, so here's the October PCOS Exercise Minutes.

Let's get it on for December exercise and top the 750 min group total from October.

Put it in like this...

Previous Group Minutes = 0 (just started the thread)
Your Minutes Today = (whatever you did)
Group Total Minutes = (the new group total)

My minutes: 60 min
New Group Total = 127 min

(I think we're going to go way over our minutes this month if I start participating here... I do 60 minutes 7 times a week, at least! 350/week x 4 = 1400 min per month. But it'll be good incentive for the holidays because I know some of my classes will get canceled because of Christmas and New Years.)

This time I did another wii workout. This time I wore my HRM so I could track calories too. Burned 257.
