Default NSV- Hit my 5% goal today and then some
I was pretty pleased today when I hit my 5% goal at Weight watchers, and only really needed .05 to hit it, but I surpassed it by -2.5. I look forward to getting to my 10% goal now. I think hitting the gym and jogging/weights is helping. I just picked it back up a few weeks ago.
