Congrats, Sheila! Glad you're back on track!

At my WI last night, I officially passed the 30-lb. mark I'm determined to push through this set-point!!

Can't believe that Thanksgiving is next week. My coach asked me last night what my plans were for next week, and I think I gave him a blank look. I completely forgot! I told him No Worries.....I plan to bring some sort of veggie dish that is "legal", and that the reason for the holiday is to get together with your loved ones. That's more important than food.

Have a good day, all.

Good morning everyone. For some reason I'm really thirsty today! I usually have a hard time getting all my water in, and I've already drank a litre in the last hour! Hopefully it's my body trying to flush this cold through me. All I know is that if I keep it up at this rate I'm going to spend a majority of the day on the toilet!

Congratulations! A great accomplishment. That's the biggest thing I am finding on IP, planning ahead - even for cheats!)

Welcome to all the newbies and congratulations on everyone's successes!

I had a quick question to those of you that are near your goal weight. When did your coach have you move to phase 2? I asked mine the other day and she said that I need to stay on phase 1 until I reach my actual goal.

I have a ways to go yet but just starting to plan ahead.

To the newbies, IP gets easier everyday. I now don't have to keep a food journal because it is just second nature to stay on plan. One thing I do though is keep a daily journal of all the things going on in my life and how I felt that day. It is fun to look back at where I was at and how I worked through some issues. On the front cover I wrote my IP journey and the start date. If you aren't keeping a journal I suggest you start one. It is well worth it.

Everyone keep up the great work!

The weight is slowly but surely coming off. Nothing I tried before was taking the lbs off so IP is making the difference. That and we have the Biggest Loser challenge at work...it's all keeping me honest. The things I miss the most right now is fruit and a lovely glass of wine once in a while. sigh

Well, my WI #6 was less than stellar yesterday. No pounds lost and only 1 inch gone. But, I will keep plugging away and be hopeful for next week. I ended up trying a couple of those EAS CarbAdvantage bars, but noticed yesterday that the one I had contained a LOT of surgar alcohol. So, I guess those bars are out.

Good morning fellow IPers!!!

I've been away at conference and work has been busy so I'll need to catch up on the boards tonight. Just wanted to pop in to say HI and wish everyone a wonderful week!
At WI yesterday I knew it wouldn't be pretty because I had FAR too much fun at my conference!! My food choice were good, but the wine did me in! So, I was up a pound (I think mainly water retention), but looks like I'm back in ketosis today and feeling great!
Rather than look at this weekend as a failure, I actually am quite encouraged. This was a once a year celebration and it showed that I can partake of the fun and still come home and get right back on track. I also made much better choices than I would have in past years. It reinforces that life after IP is going to be just fine!
Have a great day everyone!
